You'd think a city known for being the nation's capitol, with tons of 20 somethings cluttering the sidewalks would have wireless signals penetrating the atmosphere 24-7. But no!
Its a preppy place- the DC area.
Its rare to see someone with an exposed tattoo, or bright blue hair or dreadlocks. There are lots of pretty people who jog, wear flip flops and sport neatly manicured nails.
But you cannot argue that when you see something like this on the LOCAL news- there's gotta be a secret stash of weirdos and freaks around somewhere!
And my new mission is to find out where they are.
